I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep, I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion.

As an entrepreneur, you need to be a leader. And if you believe what Alexander the Great says here, you’re better off being a lion than a sheep. Not everyone perceives themselves as a lion or believes that they are “cut out” to be a lion. That said, once you identify what you love to do and become fully committed to doing it and reaching your goals, regardless of the obstacles you encounter, you will be far more likely to take on the “lion” leader persona. There’s no need to go over the top, but you will find it a lot easier to achieve your dreams if you are willing to be a leader, a “lion”.
