Start Out With Your Objectives, If You Want to be Successful as An Entrepreneur

Share

You must always start with your objectives.  Don’t take actions just for the sake of keeping busy.  Make sure that every activity you undertake or delegate is a step toward the accomplishment of your objectives.  Too frequently, entrepreneurs are not comfortable with taking a moment to think through where they are going, or what their objectives are – they feel as though they must always be busy “doing” something.  Resist this urge to constantly be busy for the sake of being busy; rather, take time to think through your objectives and your plan for achieving them.  It will make the time you do take “doing” something that much more efficient and effective, and in all likelihood, will help you grow your venture more quickly.  Over-analysis can lead to paralysis, but no analysis can lead to massively flawed decisions and inefficiency in your efforts.  Don’t be “minute-wise and hour-foolish”.
